Ted Kennedy, on Attorney General Michael Mukasey's refusal to acknowledge that waterboarding is torture:
"[It's]like saying you're opposed to stealing but not quite sure that bank robbery qualifies."
(When asked if he would consider it torture if he himself were subjected to waterboarding, Mukasey replied "I would feel that it was.")

You can't expect him to not change over time, like three days between interviews and passing legislation. Silly Idea.
I can never figure out what the hell Ted is talking about unless one of us is drunk.
Waterboarding... I would guess it was a water sport- played with a board. But that's not right, apparently, since Ted Kennedy and some general dude are in the news about it.
